We were extremely lucky to be offered the purple collar girl, now our little Evie. The night Jackie called us we were over the moon and she was so lovely and answered all our questions and getting to see the puppy via video call was awesome. Jackie and her beautiful family are a pleasure to liaise with and we were kept well informed of our puppy’s progress. The Instagram feed and update photos were always eagerly awaited, as puppies grow so quickly. As we live 5 hours away Jackie was kind enough to let us meet and greet on a day that suited us, and it was awesome to meet gorgeous, sweet Labrador mum, Nala, as well as all of the puppies. Evie is already a much-loved addition to our family and she is just gorgeous as well as being smart and quick to learn, but also loves cuddles or sitting in your lap once she has released some of her high puppy energy. We recognise many lovely Labrador traits in her, as we have owned labs previously. We appreciate how friendly and easy-going Jackie is, and that she went over and beyond to ensure the puppies are as ready as they can be to go to their forever home. For us, she introduced Evie to skateboards for my daughter and took her travelling in the car in preparation for the long trip home. Also, introducing our Evie to the Puppy Culture Program has been such a positive start to her training, which is progressing well. She is not scared at all of any loud noises and just lies around “supervising” while my husband is using noisy power tools, etc. I can’t thank Jackie enough for all the love and devotion she has given our Evie, and all the pups and we count our blessings that we are fortunate to raise one of Nalas gorgeous pups.

After 11 years we felt the time was right to welcome a new puppy into our home. Our beautiful Mabel was so worth the wait! We foun Jackie because of Nala's photo which reminded us of our old dog and immediately made contace. We had an initial chat of discovery with Jackie and were over-joyed when we were selected to be an owner to one of Nala's puppies.

We were able to visit Mabel right from an early age and this was so great for creating a bond with her.
